Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact

Non-returnable items:
- Used or damaged products
- Items returned without prior request

Refunds:
- Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Refund will be issued to original payment method

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
